Bologna, 15th February 2013 – The Board of Directors of Datalogic S.p.A. and Mr Mauro Sacchetto have agreed to a change in the top management of the Group. Mauro Sacchetto has therefore resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors has accepted this decision, thanking Mr. Sacchetto for his work during the past years. The Board of Directors have attributed all management powers to the Chairman Mr. Romano Volta who will head the Group until a new Chief Executive Officer is appointed. |
