Bologna, 30 November 2018 - Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A: DAL), a company listed in the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that today Alessandro D’Aniello, Group CFO and Officer Responsible for the preparation of corporate financial reports, resigned from its positions to pursue a new professional opportunity and for personal reasons. The resignation will be effective from 20 January 2019.
The Company has already started the search of a successor of the same high profile whose name will be disclosed to the market in compliance with the law.
