(“Datalogic”) and global leader in the automatic data capture and process automation markets, announces that today the Director Pier Paolo Caruso resigned from his position of Datalogic’s Board Member. The resigning Director, who was not independent and non-executive, was not member of any committee within the Board of Directors.
