(Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL) declares that, in the press release relating the approval of the Annual Report as at 31 December 2019 the statement “coupon detachment on 27 May 2020 (record date 28 May 2020) and payment from 29 May 2020.” is amended by the following “coupon detachment on 25 May 2020 (record date 26 May 2020) and payment from 27 May 2020.”.
