Bologna, 7th March 2017 - Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), a company listed on the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“Datalogic”), hereby announces - on the basis of resolution of the Board of Directors held last 20 December 2016 related to the new governance model of Datalogic Group and the corporate project which aims was to realize a “go to market model” focused on the role of the Customer, which go-live occurred last 1st of January 2017, that the Board of Directors of Datalogic S.r.l. held March 6th 2017, appointed Mrs. Valentina Volta - currently Chairman of the Board of Directors - new CEO.
Mr. Pietro Todescato will remain in charge as a member of the Board of Directors of Datalogic S.r.l. as well as Datalogic Group CTO and responsible for the “Global Product Marketing” area of the Group, focused on Breakthrough Products Innovation.
