Bologna, October 10, 2023 - Datalogic S.p.A. (DAL), a company listed in the Euronext STAR Milan Segment announces the conclusion of the buy-back programme launched on August 4, 2023 and increased on September 26, 2023 with reference to the maximum number of treasury shares covered by the buyback programme. In particular, in the period between August 4, 2023 and October 9, 2023, the Company repurchased 1.430.811 treasury shares out of a planned maximum of 2.300.000 shares.
The purchases were carried out by the appointed intermediary in full independence, in compliance with contractually predefined parameters and criteria as well as the constraints of the applicable regulations and the shareholders' resolution of April 27, 2023. The purchases were carried out in such a way as to ensure compliance with the equal treatment of shareholders pursuant to Article 132 of the T.U.F., as well as in accordance with the operating procedures set out in the organisational and management regulations of Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
As of today, the Company has 3.910.813 treasury shares in its portfolio, equal to 6,69% of the share capital and equal to 4,06% of the overall voting rights, having the Company adopted the so-called “increased voting rights”. The Company's subsidiaries do not own any of Datalogic’s shares.
