Bologna, 7 February 2019 – The Board of Directors of Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL) held today under the chairmanship of Cav. Ing. Romano Volta, resolved, following the favourable opinions of the Board of Statutory Auditors and of the Control, Risks, Compensation and Appointments Committee, to appoint, with immediate effect, Mr. Marco Carnovale as Officer Responsible for the preparation of corporate financial reports.
The search of a new Group CFO is ongoing and the appointment will be disclosed to the market in compliance with the law.
