Bologna, 8 January 2024 – Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), a company listed in the Euronext STAR Milan Segment announces that, as per Article 2-ter, paragraph 2 of the Regulation adopted with CONSOB resolution No. 11971 of May 14, 1999 (the "Issuers' Regulation") it has acquired the status of "SME" in accordance with Article 1, paragraph 1, letter w-quater.1), of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998 (the “Italian Financial Act"), as the market capitalisation of Datalogic relating to the year 2023 (calculated in compliance with Article 2-ter, paragraph 1, of the Issuers' Regulations) was lower than the threshold established by Article 1, paragraph 1, letter w-quater.1), of the Italian Financial Act.
Datalogic's acquisition of "SME" status entails, among the others, raising the minimum threshold of material shareholdings, to be disclosed pursuant to Article 120 of the Italian Financial Act, from 3 percent to 5 percent of the capital voting share capital.
