Bologna, 17 January 2020 – Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), a company listed in the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“Datalogic”) announces that during 2020 year, the following meetings of the Board of Directors are planned:
• 19 March 2020 - Approval of the draft annual financial report as of December 31st, 2019;
• 11 May 2020 - Approval of the additional periodic financial disclosure as of March 31st, 2020;
• 5 August 2020 - Approval of the half year financial report as of June 30, 2020;
• 12 November 2020 - Approval of the additional periodic financial disclosure as of September 31st, 2020.
The general shareholders meeting to be held, among the others, for approving the annual financial report as of 31st, December 2019 is planned for April 30, 2020.
Any amendments to the above calendar will be promptly notified to the market.
