Bologna, 30 January 2019 – Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), a company listed in the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“Datalogic”) announces that during 2019 year, the following meetings of the Board of Directors are planned:
• 19 March 2019 – Approval of the draft financial statement as of December 31st 2018;
• 14 May 2019 - Approval of the additional periodic financial disclosure as of March 31st 2019;
• 7 August 2019 - Approval of the additional periodic financial disclosure as of June 30 2019;
• 13 November 2019 - Approval of the additional periodic financial disclosure as of September 31st 2019.
The general shareholders meeting to be held, among the others, for approving the annual financial report as of 31st of December 2018 is planned for April 30, 2019.
