Bologna, 27th January 2017 - Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), a company listed in the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“Datalogic”), announces, partially modifying the 2017 Datalogic Corporate calendar notified last December 20, 2016, that the date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to review the 2017 First Quarter Report, originally scheduled for May 12th, 2017, will be postponed and will be held on 15th of May, 2017.
Therefore, the 2017 Datalogic Corporate Calendar, previously announced with a press release dated December 20th 2016, is amended accordingly.
